So this story is about Applejack!!
This story takes place before Twilight and Pinkie’s transformations. So ponyville is still here and twilight is still alive in this story. (just to avoid confusion)

It was a fairly quiet afternoon on Sweet Apple Acres.
Applejack had told the rest of her family to take a vacation for about a week, as they had all been working hard after the Jazz apple harvest.
“Y’all go rest up! ah’ll handle the chores here. ah’ll see y’all in a week, y’hear?” Applejack said with some enthusiasm, as she helped her sister Applebloom load her suitcase into the wagon. Big Macintosh saddled up to the waggon, as Granny Smith and Applebloom climbed inside, shutting the flap behind them.
“Ya sure ya’ll be ok here on your own? Ah can stay behind while Granny and Big Mac go.” Applebloom asked, a concerned tone in her voice. But the orange farm pony simply gave a dismissive wave with a small “pfft”
She explained that she could handle the farm work, and like last time, if she needs help, she can call Twilight and the others.
The apple trees had yet to be fully ripe, so the only main things to do were to tend to the wheat fields and feed the animals.
“Now Now dearie, Applejack will be just fine, She’s as strong as a stallion when she puts her head to it!” Granny Smith said while ruffling Applebloom’s mane. Applejack gave a bashful giggle in response.
The farm pony waved goodbye to the others as they slowly made their way to the exit of the farm, before going inside and preparing a small lunch before setting to work on the chores.
Applejack had decided to take her time with the chores this time around, making sure she did everything properly, including making sure to skip the unnecessary steps Twilight and Rarity told her about. Although she still accidently did the chicken dance to the pigs.
The sun had started to set once she was done. Since she got to work on bucking some of the old apple trees they had accidentally missed out on. These trees needed to be cleared of any over-ripe apples, to make room for new ones to grow.
She picked up a bucket of apples and started carrying it toward the barn, before a strong gust of wind suddenly blew her hat off, going deeper into the thick of the apple forest.
“Oh pony feathers! Ah should really be gettin’ a strap for mah hat at this rate…” Applejack thought aloud, as she put down the bucket, wandering deeper into the woods, in the direction the hat went.
It took a little bit, but she managed to find her hat, sitting on the ground upside down. Giving a small victory smile, she trotted over and picked up her hat in her teeth. But she froze.
She felt a gust of breath run over the top of her head, she slowly raised her head and came eye to eye with a Timberwolf.
Applejack jolted, her ears folding back as the Wooden wolf slowly approached her.
“Ya shouldn’t be here! Ya meant to be in the everfree forest!” the orange earth pony exclaimed, before turning on her heels and running away form the wolf, which quickly followed suit.
She ran as fast as her hooves could carry her, but the wolf was just a bit too fast. The wolf pounced, pinning applejack on her front, its paws digging into her front hooves, causing her to clench her teeth.
The timberwolf bit down, biting into the back of Applejack, blood flowing down her shoulder and leg quickly. The orange pony let out a loud scream, before using her back legs to kick against the ground, flipping the two of them over.
Applejack then used the minimal airtime to kick down into the timberwolf’s chest. It shattered on impact, becoming nothing more than a pile of sticks around Applejack’s hooves.
The farm pony gave a small, painful groan as she looked at the bitemark. It was deep and still bleeding heavily, liquid crimson stained her fur. With a groan, she made her way back to the barn, going into the kitchen for a first aid kit they kept there. It consisted of simple medical equipment like cleaning chemicals for cuts, bandages and cotton pads.
With a few sharp inhales and grunts, Applejack managed to clean and dress the bite mark. It was too late to go to Ponyville hospital now, so she decided to stay home and finish what she could of the chores.
The next morning, she got out of bed, suddenly a sharp pain running down her back. Applejack let out a scream of agony and looked at her bandage. The blood had soaked through, the fur looking a bit more shaggy like at the edges of the bandages.
The orange pony decided to go to her mirror to get a better look at her bandages, but jolted back with a scream at what she saw staring back at her.
Her eyes were glowing a slight green colour, her fur had grown a lot more and had got thicker. And she seemed to look skinnier. Like she hadn’t eaten in weeks!
“WHAT IN EQUESTRA IS GOIN’ ON?!” Applejack exclaimed, her hooves shaking a bit. There wasn’t time to go to Ponyville hospital, she needed to see the one alicorn who might be able to help her.
She sprinted through ponyville, getting a few terrified looks from any ponies passing by. She made her way to Ponyville castle, kicking open the door and bumping into Spike.
The purple dragon gave a surprised yelp before realising it was applejack, and he quickly lead her to the library where Twilight was currently reading.
“TWILIGHT AH NEED YA HELP!!” Applejack barged into the library, panting slightly. She wasn’t used to having such a thick and heavy coat, so it definitely made her tired from running so fast.
“AJ? What happened?!” The purple princess asked, looking shocked. She flew over to the farm pony as she explained everything.
“You were… Bitten by a timberwolf?!” Twilight exclaimed, her wings spreading in surprise. The purple alicorn instantly began scanning her bookshelves for anything that might help.
“See if there’s something you can do about your fur, its only going to get hotter today. I’ll come to you if i find anything ok?” Twilight asked, as she kept looking for a book.
AJ gave a nod and turned to leave, thanking her friend as she left. It was a huge relief that Twilight might be able to help her. She made her way back to Sweet Apple Acres, going into the bathroom where BigMac kept an electric razor. It wasn’t exactly meant for shaving full body fur, but it was the best she had at the moment.
A few hours passed, the farm pony gave a groan. Whenever she shaved some fur off, it seemed to grow back instantly. She looked at herself in the mirror in frustration and noticed something. Her ears had changed. They look more dog-like, and the tips of them were brown, like a wood brown. But why didn’t she feel or notice the change until just now.
Applejack began to grow scared. Until she noticed something else happening. Another change maybe?
She began to glow the same shade of green as her eyes were earlier. She began to look at herself, seeing if anything was changing, until she saw her hooves were getting… Longer?!
“What in tarnation?!” Applejack thought aloud again as she watched, that’s all she could do.. As she witnessed her hooves turn into paws, each toe lined with a long claw. Applejack began to shake as she tried to understand what was going on. She let out a scream, which no one, not even Winona would hear. She was alone, helpless, and frightened.
3 days passed by. The transformation was still going. But now she was a complete wolf. She was now going out at night instead of the day, and her eyes had changed to be fully green. No whites or pupils to be seen.
“Is it over..? Is this transformation over? Am ah just stuck as a wolf for the rest of mah life?!”
Applejack began to cry as she looked at herself in the mirror. She hadn’t stopped looking for the past few hours. Wishing this was all some kind of nightmare.
She heard something rustle from outside and some kind of instinct kicked in.
She turned to the open window and snarled, her ears folding back and she bared her new fangs. For a split second, she looked terrifying.
She snapped back into reality almost immediately and gasped. What if someone was actually there? What if she was to accidentally hurt somepony in that kind of state. She didn’t want to risk it.
So to prevent herself from biting someone, she took the hairband from her mane and wrapped it around her long muzzle. It wasn’t too tight, but if she tried to open her mouth to bite somepony, then the hairband would prevent it.
Big Macintosh pulled up to the farm. The sun had fully set as apple family all grabbed their luggage and went inside, talking to each other about how fun their little vacation was.
“AJ?! Ya home?! We had so much fun! We took a lot of photos so ya wouldn’t feel left out!” Applebloom called out into the barn, waiting for a response from Applejack.
“Maybe she’s asleep dearie. It has been a long week of chores for her. Maybe leave the photos in her room so she can see them when she gets up!” Granny Smith suggested, with Big Mac nodding in agreement.
Applebloom gave an excited giggle and ran upstairs, and into Applejack’s room. Only to be greeted with a huge mess. The walls had scratches on them, bitemarks in the bed frame and paw prints on the ground.
But no sign of Applejack.
After a small bit of panic, Applebloom decided to quickly run outside and check the farm. Maybe Applejack got away and is hiding in the mass of apple trees!
She ran into the thickest parts of the trees, only to be greeted with what looked like Applejack, but it wasn’t her. It was part normal wolf, part timberwolf. Almost like it was changing.
It had applejack’s fur colour. But the muzzle and ears had changed. They looked like logs and twigs. The eyes were fully green, and glowing. The front legs had changed into timberwolf legs, though the right leg was about halfway through changing, and one back leg had also changed completely.
There was a worn down hairband wrapped around the wooden muzzle. Almost like it was preventing itself from opening its mouth. The fabric was worn, showing the weakened elastic underneath. And its paws and chest was covered in dried, clotted blood.
Applejack gave a growl and lunged at applebloom, who only just managed to dodge it.
Applebloom let out a scream and ran away, but Applejack was too fast.
She pinned applebloom on her front, her claws digging into her back. The yellow filly let out some tear filled shrieks, but they were too far away to be heard by Big Mac or Granny Smith.
Applejack opened her mouth, the worn down hairband suddenly snapping, and she bit down, biting through Applebloom’s neck. Blood ran down the filly’s neck, creating a puddle in the grass below. The chunk in applejacks mouth was ripped away with ease. Creating a mini, crimson fountain.
The filly went lifeless almost instantly, all colour fading from Appleblooms eyes and body. As AJ began to feast. Quickly devouring the filly, Skinning the limbs and eating away at the sweet muscular morsel underneath.
leaving nothing but bone and her hair bow.
The orange timberwolf’s eyes stopped glowing, allowing Applejack to come back to reality.
She let out a gasp upon seeing Appleblooms devoured corpse, and ran into the deeper sections of the woods. Warm blood dripped down her chin, neck and paws. She could feel the blood beginning to clot against her fur as she ran into the woods.
She let out a despair filled howl as she ran out of the other side of the apple farm, and in a random direction.
The farm would be filled with traps soon, there wasn’t any point in her coming home. She completely fled ponyville, abandoning her family and friends. She didnt know where she was going, but she prayed it would be far away from civilisation, where she couldnt hurt anyone else.
I hope you all enjoyed the story!! i had a lot of fun writing this one! the next one coming up should be either Rarity or Rainbow Dash, i havent decided yet.
