While I don’t understand the appeal of that kinda thing, it’s rather ironic people like that would be all over him for that, considering the stuff they’re into. James was probably only a target, because of his mild popularity. Trolls love to attack more popular fans. (Makes me glad I’m an unknown artist in the brony fanbase. lol)
 
I liked James’ animations too, he also seemed like a nice guy, and I even liked his somewhat-ranty video (that he apparently took down) about how the brony fanbase should embrace honesty & harmless critique for fan-made material more. (After all, they criticise the hell out of the official stuff.) So he seemed very smart too.

Yeah… those of us who knew what happened prefer to just let it drop and let AJ do what he wants now. He already caught a lot of shit for being a fart fetishist from the usual 4Chan trolls, and doesn’t need any from me or us. It’s not something I’m into, but if he is, whatever. For my part, I enjoyed his animations.

Last I heard that he was working on some web comic, but that was about a year and a half ago.

I don’t think so, but he apparently left the community/fanbase awhile back. Didn’t help people were hassling him over minor things.
 
His Youtube page says it’s been “discontinued,” but most of his videos are still up. Hope he’s ok.

I’ve been noticing some of his works here on Derpibooru as of late, did he die or something? I’m not being sarcastic I’m seriously asking.

I think it’s funny on how he announced that he wasn’t going to leave the brony community, even though he totally did.

Like the nod to the “Peanuts/Charlie Brown Christmas” with the music. This kinda makes me nostalgic for the earlier days of the fandom.
