The artist is, indeed, Derpii Hooves. And no, ‘Jenny’ does not have a sister, this is Canter Girls’s Twi, done by Derpiihooves.

The “Canter Girls” version of Twilight Sparkle is named Jenny, and Megasweet revealed this to be her sister, Jenna. Should the Twilight Sparkle tag be removed then?
