He was added in the update that added a bunch of King Sombra stuff, this pack is a reused one from back then. The bust was simply a new decoration piece that was added around the same time as Shadow Lock and so for his bundle they paired him with it since it was new. The decorations/shops that a character is bundled with don’t always correlate to the character itself.
I know, then why is the Sombra Window doing there? Might they change him to Sombra’s descendant in this story?
The gameloft game has yet to have an event based off his comic best I can tell, so what his description says is all we know about Gameloftverse Shadow Lock
