Yeah, My best guess is that the AI is smart enough to recognize best princess~ XD
But in all seriousness, is probably because there are more images of Luna that of cadence, so the AI can make better images of her, also, people try to get Luna a lot and sometimes they get lucky~

It really is odd, I’ve tried to get Cadence and have no luck at all beyond some hair curls on an otherwise generic anthro character. There’s 3x more Luna images on Derpi, I’m surprised it would make that much difference.
