Was it this video? Iβm only aware of one other video on mmmandarinorangeβs channel that isnβt private and it wasnβt The Garden. (That other video does raise a few questions though.)
Iβm aware of the policy change, but when I last checked, it wasnβt unlisted. And Iβm sure that was a few months ago.
Itβs not removed but private. They were originally unlisted until YouTubeβs new policy in July 2021 automatically changed unlisted videos uploaded before 2017 to private. It was an opt-out process and mmmandarinorange hasnβt been around for a long time, hence the current video status.
