NATG Day 25 - “Draw a pony stretching the truth / Draw a pony with a tall tale to tell.”
Here’s my take on with the Newbie Artist Training Ground stuff. But this time it’s nostalgia skits with Spike and Weston. Because why not? (plus I’ve started late because I was off my PC for like a week)

How to handle a Dragon Bully!
Spike had faced with the Dragon bullies during the time when he was looking for dragons that could be able to teach him how to breathe fire… Overall he never handled it by himself (nor Weston as well)… Then again he might have learned a few things from that adventure when he tried to find dragons like him… Whenever the Dragon Gang happen to come and strikes back again… Spike knows what to use in order to prevent them from terrorizing again…
(Sorry if I wasn’t clear about this but more than likely it’s trying to tell a tale about how to deal with a Dragon Bully… (might not be related to the theme but it’s alright it’s something that I had in mind about Spike dealing with the Bullies again with a hose… (Yeah this is commonly related to “Spike’s Search” episode)))

Oh, then thanks… Even though I’ve always wanted to learn how to animate in the 80’s way but yeah knowingly it would take a lot of time to do and learn…
I’m not complaining that you don’t have a background in your image, but raather compliment your quality as an artist overall. That’s perfectly understandable that you wouldn’t have tyhe time for a painted backdroip. What I was trying to say is that your style looks like you could have been an animator for Marvel/Sunbow back in the day.
I will definitely be rooting for you in the animation field. You have amazing potential in your works.

Yes and Thank you. Although the reason why I didn’t do a painted background on my submissions is mainly because I don’t want to delay myself to work on a painted background that usually takes time and I didn’t have the time for it… I know it’s really kinda obvious but then again most likely people who were taking part of the NATG event haven’t put around backgrounds… So yeah… sorry if you’d thought maybe the background isn’t shown in any of my submissions of the NATG event. (Not to mention I’ve started late on NATG so there was not time to work on painted backgrounds and such. (maybe in the future when I’m more comfortable trying to do a background and still have time then yeah.))
