Hi, glad to hear you enjoyed the musical selection. I pretty much chose the song based on Pinkie’s reaction to confusing wasabi with pistachio, LOL. One can only imagine Water Lily trying to explain to her mom that she saw her babysitter breathe green fire while 70’s soul music played in the background…
I know some editors did some “creative” things with that screencap of Pinkie… :)

Commodores are an amazing band. Though I don’t understand how ‘Fire Girl’ has anything to do with this particular scene (though I do find the fact that the animators were able to sneak in a ‘face down butt up’ scene for Pinkie to be a bit amusing).
