While I do commend your ability to draw, I feel that I have to point out that the shoulders are drawn with a human physique in mind, and thus seeing them walk on all fours would be really awkward. I’d suggest looking into how to draw more feline physiques., but that’s just my opinion.

Some really spectacular work here. I personally really like the gauntlet that gryphon has on. I’ve tried doing a similar concept in the past but it always came out looking really clunky. Whereas this looks slick and neat but you can still see the real talon tip peeking out in places under it.
