Considering that Opalines’ recent track record when it came to her many rapidly-abandoned master plans of claiming the powers of the Unity Crystals, the Lantern, or Sparkys’ Dragonfire; coupled with the ease that the Mane Five take to not only thwart her efforts unknowingly, and how incompetent her minion Misty really is: I believe that it’s safe to say that you and every Opaline fan is OVERestimating the actual threat level that Opaline Arcana poses to this weaker Equestria of the modern day and that she should easily pose even LESS of a threat to the G4 Twilight Sparkle in-terms of actual competency were this Seasons 1-2 Twilight Sparkle, and not the Princess Twilight Sparkle that was hollowed out into nothing more than a blind prisoner of the great lie of “Destiny” by Princess Celestia.

Hell, Plankton from Spongebob who is said to be 1% Evil and 99% Hot Gas poses more of an actual threat than Opaline due to his scientific brilliance and direct antagonism of Krabs.

I would guess that’s what caused the races to eventually split! But that’s just speculation.

I have been such a fool! These crystals have minds of their own. First they chose Sunny as the new alicorn, then they punished Posey by “gluing” her hooves on the ground for some seconds and shortly after they punished the other earth ponies too but not Sunny, pegasi and unicorns by doing the same thing to them, and finally they forgave the earth ponies thanks to Sunny and gave them a new magic as a gift. They were punishing the earth ponies! I didn’t see it before!

But we have successfully avoided each other so far, since the launch of MLP G5. Before that, I was also inactive for quite a while. But G5 has given me more than one good reason to be back. And also to stay! ;-D

Oh, boy. I’m curious to see who will be the new Starlight Glimmer in this generation. ^^

You did huh? Then you might have met that guy who avidly still hates her to this very day. In his universe, even Sunny despises her, which is very contrary to the comics where she idolises every g4 characters.

(grin) Let’s say that’s not quite true. It’s true that I have no idea about the current debates, but I remember the comment wars about Starlight Glimmer here on this site. Oh, and what I fought passionately at that time. However, I admit that in the meantime I have learned a lot of understanding and empathy. I wouldn’t go so far as to say I’ve calmed down. But maybe just a little wiser. Maybe! Or I’m just getting old. That can also be true. (laughs) ;-D

And with how many gender neutral or genderless characters I’ve seen (Niko from Oneshot, Frisk, The Knight from Hollow Knight, Nanachi from Made in Abyss.), I really don’t understand why people are still arguing about Lil’ Cheese. :P
