I find it’s better to stir with a spoon or whisk. Slotted spatulas like that are better for picking things up off a hot pan.

Not only that, but the mixing bowl held by Sunny that was flat on the table is then suddenly held at an angle. That tells me the time skip is not with this GIF, but rather in the actual show.

My vote’s on camera angle. It looks like they’re just starting out so she’s probably only mixing a few initial ingredients, like an egg and some spices or something. I know I’ve baked plenty of things that start out with barely anything in the bowl, but I still gotta mix that barely nothing
It could be either the camera angle, or a animation shortcut. Animation shortcuts can exist in any form of animation.
