This is Blake Conners from the Webkinz werewolf YouTube web drama love story Bitten Love, semi-ponified under the MLP movie style.
Huge fan of this German Shepherd turned Wolfie for the past six years and decided to give him the MLP treatment. In the Equestrian world he is one of the top dogs of the Everfree Forest Wolf Pack hybrid shapeshifters who are rivals with the Timberwolves, and their main hunters sent to protect Equestria from their possibly dangerous presence.
Their paw prints allow a special form of defense magic called pawkinesis (definition credit to @pegasko).
