And have you considered:
A magical creature could “turn off” digestion with magic?
Or in a broader sense a fictional creature might actually be biologically capable of doing this? There would be an evolutionary reason for such a biological function to develop for food conservation. And real life animals have some crazy biological functions that don’t even sound real, look into snake reproduction for example.

There’s so much digestion content I can’t ever look up vore without stumbling on it and needing to ether add new tags to my blacklists because they came up with a new way to sneak it in there without a straight up digestion tag on a technicality, or to the image itself cus they just didn’t put the right tags in (when the sight lets you do that). To such an extent I feel like some artists are leaving digestion tags out on purpose to spite people that don’t like it and I’ve started blacklisting entire artists for this even if they do have some vore art I like. Cus I’m just that sick of it. Let the endo folks have their pittance of unsullied art. Some of them wouldn’t even find this image acceptable just due to digestion being mentioned at all.

Well, age regression is a normal thing for unbirth and even funny in a way, so I have nothing against it. But I wouldn’t say that digestion always kills. After all, killing is when your prey ceases to exist. If you always reform your prey, it will be fine! How can you call it killing if in just a few minutes your prey can embrace you again?

I am prefer to work with anatomy that allows predators to control their body. Stop digestion, heal those who inside, regress preys inside womb e.t.c. This is how World with Vore working in most of scenarious.
