I never really understood why the elements changed hue for Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack. Maybe it’s something to do with aura? I’m not really sure, but I thought it would be much more consistent to keep the colours as they were in early concepts.

Red = Loyalty

Pink = Generosity

Yellow = Honesty

Green = Kindness

Blue = Laughter

Purple = Magic

You know, like an actual rainbow… sorta…
