Oh I’ll see it. Imo it’s not necroing if it’s relevant. Also IIRC “From the night” doesn’t have anything to do with being [former] staff. I don’t know if I was ever an admin but I definitely had moderator rights (it’s been a while lol).
Also @Background Pony #8B8A I don’t know why it was changed. My guess is it was requested in a forum thread (if so, probably the tag alias thread) and otherwise your best call is probably either to report my/your own comment and as description why/when it was changed, or ask somewhere in the discord (I don’t know which channel exactly)

  1. why you necroing a thread this ancient.
  2. its likely changed with time. that person your replying to doesn’t seem to be a site admin and doesn’t have the from the night badge so i don’t think they were ever a admin either. 10 years ago there were far less images on this site so stuff probably skewed back to what it is now or someone else changed how it worked later who knows.
regardless keep in mind that if you reply to posts this old there’s a good chance the person your replying to may never see it given it was a comment from over a decade ago.

Yeah, made a fix for that. Anyone will know what they’re talking about when someone mentions soccer resp. american football, so football is now just aliased to soccer, and american football is now a tag thing.
Then why’s it the other way around now?

Yeah, made a fix for that. Anyone will know what they’re talking about when someone mentions soccer resp. american football, so football is now just aliased to soccer, and american football is now a tag thing.
 
I retagged most of the things that were originally found with football,-soccer to american football but I might have missed some.

This is both soccer and football. It’s association football, and the word “soccer” comes from the “association” part of association football.
