Duck - User has been known to often resemble a waterfowl

In the story itself Twilight casted inverted spell on RD’s eyes so technically normal eyes without enchanted glasses are possible but should not last for long as any other magical transformation. But artefacts can be enchanted for unlimited or at least long work (For Twilight even recharging the spell on the glasses once per week would be acceptable).

Based on the story canon, you’re most likely correct- I’ve actually never read Past Sins for context ( although I’ve heard phenomenal things about the story so I really should set aside the time ). This was a sketch reward for a patron, and they explicitly requested the glasses off while reading / large pupils ( as well as most of the details included in this colored sketch )

I would kill for a bed setup like that… the bed looks so soft and the big window to bring in all the light, with the semi-opaque curtains and all. The room looks comfortable, like it was made for quiet studying and sleep.
One minor nag though, is if that is Nyx without her special glasses on, would she have the Nightmare eyes, the cat pupils and all? Granted, that is me imposing my favorite form of Nyx on this art, so I will accept that I’m being rude and/or silly.
