Everything about Magical Mystery Cure felt rushed and awkward to me. The whole episode almost feels like it was put together in a hurry.

sounds more like lazy writing to me. I just didn’t ‘feel’ much of the dialogue after Sleepless.

Interesting, yes, but I think your pushing it with the “Mind blown” comment.

So many reused contents in this season. Some may call it continuity. But stuff gets old. So it is always nice to get new things to expand the universe. I don’t know why some people b-ch about new contents no matter how good it is. Maybe it is because their simpleton brains couldn’t adapt to an expanding universe.

I’ll give you that the effect of pulling out at the end of a song is a standard trope.
 
But while there’s no way of knowing whether it was intentional that on the two key bookends of a running season plot, that the same pull-out from the same location (granted, reusing Flash resources) is rather an interesting curiosity and one you have to wonder if done purposely.
 
It might be nothing at all, as well. I just found it interesting after rewatching Crystal Empire recently, post MMC.

Consider that this basically are the bookends of the third season, both having songs that end with the reverse close-up at the very end of the song.
