Does the Stormking count? I mean, Twi could’ve grabbed him as well with her magic, not just Tempest. She had the means to save both at no cost or risk to herself, but she actively chose to let him fall to his death.
Not sure about the rest but Twiggles is absolutely capable of killing baddies. Morally/emotionally speaking. Her opening attack against Tirek in “Twilight’s kingdom” too … if That wasn’t meant to be a kill shot then I don’t know.
