Voltasaur is a pretty fair translation of Zyuden since they’re dinosaurs and run on batteries that provide them volts of electricity to move about (another is Electrobeast). I’ve never saw any reason to complain about this translation.
But how “Debo Meeteor” bad? I thought the extra “e” had an equivalent in Japanese.
Ahem.

I prefer TV-N myself, but hey, whatever boats your float.
(the Voltasaur thing is still unforgivable though)
