You could say “Species” isn’t really an Alien rip-off, because it’s…well, as far as Alien rip-offs go it’s easily the worst and most unfortunately popular of them all. Did you know there’s three sequels and a planned series that never came to fruition? I can’t believe this concept had enough juice in the tank for one movie, let alone four. I’ve watched them all, and I can easily say they’re all terrible. None of them even fall into the guilty pleasure realm, which is a big bummer but yeah.

I watched the second movie with my dad once, and boy was that a cringe worthy experience to sit through. That was, I think, what made me think of this idea. Besides the “Noises Noises” gag is still hilarious to me. I will use it at the slightest opportunity.
