holland has very good safety measures in place. entry into the con requires an official coronacheck pass – either a long-term pass for receiving the vaccine in an EU country, or a 24-hour pass after getting tested at an official covid testing site. the pandemic hasn’t ended yet, true, but cons and public events can still operate with careful planning and strict safety measures.
