Hey, buddy, you might want to use the Adobe After Effects: Rotobrush feature. There’s some good tutorials on yt to get you started.
Depends on if you’re trying to make a gif with a transparent background, or one with a green screen effect, you might have to play around with the export settings a bit. Or import into Photoshop, then “Save for web.”
