And I don’t know why some people hate Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime because they think it was all his fault that Optimus Prime dies in The Transformers: The Movie even though the truth is that Megatron/Galvatron is the one responsible for the death of Optimus Prime. Ron Friedman, the writer of the film says that he was adamantly opposed to kill off Optimus Prime which is the decision they made after the suggestion was mad enough to kill off Duke in G.I. Joe: The Movie. Of course, like when they’re being too close to kill off Twilight Sparkle during production of My Little Pony: The Movie, Hasbro was too close to kill off Duke thanks to the severing fan backlash of Optimus Prime’s death. Which is why they changed Duke’s death to become a coma and at the end of the film, he would come out of it instead. Also, I don’t know why some people hate Sunset Shimmer after her redemption.
