The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Watcher of the Watchmen
Well, if the way the Mane Cast are allowed to get away with treating them like complete crap is any indication, it’s probably part of a vicious cycle.

Snooty ponies act snooty. Princess Celestia introduces non-snooty ponies. Non-snooty ponies cause massive property damage and assault snooty ponies. Snooty ponies become more entrenched in attitudes. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

I am the first to downvote. I am also removing “trollestia” because the tag doesn’t seem to fit to the comenters.

Don’t assume it’s personal, I just don’t like your beliefs. You’re probably an awesome person and I might love hanging out with you. Your beliefs just don’t fit with mine but I don’t think that should stand in the way of a friendship.

Let me apologize for giving you the wrong vibe.

I don’t deny that others are cheating at the expense of someone else. But I think the liberal delusion that every rich person out there is some evil scumbag who laughs with glee every time they kick a hobo.

Nor do I like the liberal belief that someone better than you should be penalized to benefit someone who isn’t as successful. Personal charity is fine and dandy but when folks start saying “90 percent tax rate”, and, “I deserve free shit paid for by someone else’s success” I want to punch someone.

Personal charity is fine and dandy though.

And no, i don’t believe I’ll ever be rich, nor do I want to be rich. But I do have a career that would put me in an upper tax bracket penalty simply because I don’t waste my money like a retard.

@Background Pony

See, the thing about competitions is that they are supposed to be fair. If you believe that everyone has the same chance as any other, and that your life’s achievement is based solely on your own accomplishments, well, then I have this bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell you. The game is rigged, even a right wing pony like me can see that. (It’s a really nice bridge).
Serris

Okay, maybe I am just jealous.

Yeah I am one those “losers” I lost my chance.

I guess you are pretty happy how things are going. Good to you then.

@Serris
That’s the point of competition. Not everyone can be a winner, there will always be a loser. And for a business to be successful, it has to outperform it’s competition. That IS LIFE, you compete from the moment you’re born, to the day you die. Getting upset over someone else’s success just shows your envy and bitterness.

As for what they do with their money, it’s theirs, not yours, how they spend it shouldn’t even be your concern let alone a problem.

You see, this is why I dislike people with your disposition, at best, you all just sound jealous over someone out there that’s better than you.
Serris

@Background Pony
I probably shouldn’t even continue this..

The reason I personally hate rich people is that usually to get rich you have stomp all the others beneath your heel.
Then go ahead and say that all the problems are caused by lazy workers when you waste millions to race cars and unnecessary houses over the globe you never use.

@Psyga315
I find that most people are always willing to jump the opportunity to prove that they’re better than someone else and gloat about it. From the lowly fast food worker, to the billionaire CEO.

The thing is, the rich ones get more attention, and that makes others butthurt because they don’t like the idea of someone better than them or that person rubbing it in their face. I find that if you don’t let that butthurt get to you, the world would be a better place. And lets face it, you’d probably do the same thing if you were in their position

@Amber
Or she just is asshole on her own.

I am nothing like my parents and hardly the only case.
We get our genetics from parents, but the rest is up to us.

I don’t mind snobs unlike most people who seem to pretend that they themselves don’t act snobbish or as if they’re better than someone else.

Hell, all of the mane 6 have had snobbish moments in the show, Rainbow Dash being the most guilty

No matter how benevolently you rule your kingdom, a corrupt aristocrat class will eventually form around you.
