Well the idea is that in the LunaJack ending AFTER all the M6 left Sweet Apple Acres, Fluttershy and Rarity met up to share their “headcanon” on what happened. All we saw on the SFW ending after they were left alone and UP TO the previous page, has been Fluttershy’s doujinshi. That’s what happened in last page: >>2620471
 
Meanwhile, this NSFW ending, is what Rarity thought happened. And here we see Rarity’s much more of a horndog, and while she acts like the refined lady, she writes plot-less smut ;P
 
Still, it’s mostly a gag, and you can assume what’s gonna happen is what really happened. If maybe a bit less thirsty and fast XD
