Cropped from >>985268, and upscaled with ESRGAN + 2x_Loyaldk-SuperPony_370000-V1.0. Alpha mask made upscaling the image to 16x the original size, using the threshold tool to get a sharp silhouette, using selection to path to get a smooth vector, and downscaling the resulting mask to the proper size. Further editing of the stray white edges by selectively blurring them and using the darken only layer mode.
