More like a lesson about how everyone is different, and what works with one (blackjack having sex to “reset”) doesn’t really do with others. Scotch was understandably desperate, and picked the only available candidate out there. Blackjack is ok with that only because of her horribly twisted perception of sex.
 
But from there to the author saying that the reader could skip the chapter in a manner pretty much like the COD:MW2 russian airport scene, it’s a bit too much. It would be ok if the fic was way more sfw, but the sudden prudish of the warning felt completely out of place.

The problem was how it was portrayed in-universe.
 
||What happened to the Crusaders wasn’t shown as a good thing. It was done by evil cannibalistic Raiders. None of the character acted like it was an okay thing to do. The “consensual” sex scene with a minor was portrayed as no big deal. And felt contrived because for it to happen nobody but Blackjack, Scotch and the unlikeable mercenary asshole had to be alive at this point. What was even the point of the sex scene? If Scotch was supposed to learn a lesson about not having sex with adults the story failed to make it clear. Doesn’t help that Blackjack is okay with this. I know Blackjack isn’t a good role model but still… If the only adult just shrugs it off, it’s gonna leave a sore taste in some people’s mouths. ||
