Spike and the CMC are the “chase” figures.
I don’t think its aimed at adults, I think its aimed at the young boy audience they have (like how they tried to make GOH toys for them a while ago), thinking the “its skeletons” approach might make the boys that watch the show less self conscious about asking for one.
It would explain why there’s been more focus on Dash toys in this lineup (a unique one in the last dissectables and in this one), since she tends to be the go to character to market to males.
