I’m convinced they are what this show is really all about.
The source video seems to be converted one too many times already; plus it being in YouTube have reduced the quality a lot too. But one tool that is available is handbrake, which can export to web-video. Just ensure the quality setting is high enough for good quality, but not too high for wasted file size.
