Frankly, I would love to see some more Kirin anything from Hasbro. Merch, an appearance in G5, or an appearance in a new comic series. Any of those options would be better than what we are getting now (which is pretty much nothing Kirin-related at this point). And Autumn Blaze is definitely the best Kirin that we have seen, so it would certainly be awesome to get a plushie or statuette of her, either from Hasbro or from a fan artist.
Eh, frankly I want to see the Kirins return in the series in some capacity first. Autumn Blaze only had a prominent role in a single episode of the series, meaning she is one of the shortest lived characters in FiM. As such, she isn’t exactly the most well known character, and it is less likely for Kotobukiya to make a statuette of her versus Starlight, Trixie, or the G5 MLP cast. I am not saying that it is impossible, or that it could never happen, just that it is incredibly unlikely for them to make something like that due to her relative lack of popularity (I mean, even here on Derpibooru there are only 4,148 submissions of Autumn Blaze art, which is less than the number of images submitted featuring Sunny or Izzy, both of which are much newer characters than Autumn Blaze).
I would love that as well! In the future I hope they do! :)

Yeah, you have a good point there. Starlight would be a nice inclusion.
However, I will STILL be fighting to get G5 characters made into statuettes sometime in the future, as well!

I just think since Starlight is in my mind part of the mane cast she should have one :)

Honestly, as long as the figures continue to be well made you should not have a problem with how they do their business. And honestly, just because they said they are expanding their line doesn’t mean that they are ‘ditching their exclusivity’. And remember: MLP isn’t as popular as traditional anime is, so this will never be their primary focus either way.
