I have no idea if it is for a fanfic or something.
from what can be made out, it is of a Beast, a Skull, and a Machine. Taken alone they could mean a number of things, but I too have dabbled in World-Building, and have already devised a setting of my own accord that stars Cozy Glow in the main role while also expanding further upon the nature of Alicorns, of the history of Ponykind and of most lifeforms, of ancient Gods and Deities that serve them, and of the very nature of Friendship versus Family.
(although the padlock with three keys intrigues me)
