There’s nothing “questionable” or even “suggestive” about this comic, even if it does have Ms. Milkmare Of Trottingham in it.

@Psychopomf It’s a 4chan in-joke. There’s a long-running thread on /mlp/ called “Anon in Equestria” where people write stories about a lone human who somehow got transported there.
 
The stories all start out with “Day X in Equestria”. Originally it was a number - “Day 238”, for example, as you would find in a journal. But people often substitute random words for the number.
 
Though this example DOES make even less sense than usual.
