I get what you’re saying, but if poni is something called a differential form, then the integral also makes sense.

I suppose poni could exist strictly within the friendship contour, but I think we’re all aware that canon at least allows poni to be analytically continued beyond the boundary of friendship, by the process we call “shipping.”

To make an integral that actually makes sense, you would need friendship to be some defined path, poni to be a function in some variable (like: poni(x)), and there to be a d paired with that variable after poni.
