A new trailer for the movie shows that it is a personal notebook of Sunny with things she wrote herself (like questions to ask if she ever meets a unicorn).  
She also added things like a (crude) map of the small region of Equestria around Maretime bay.

Could that be what she’s reading?

Now just imagine if this series began like that.?

I hope its the friendship journal because that would make away more sense.  
Book of harmony was the story of nightmare moon that twilight was reading at the beginning.  
It was only uses at the end for symbolism

But we know that all ponies, dragons, griffons, yaks, changelings, hippogriffs/sea-ponies, kirins, Breezies, avians, canines, bovines, other equines, felines, deer, and all the rest of Equestria and Beyond known peace and harmony forever despite being separate species because these creatures aside from ponies are not ponies. And when the G5 movie has Equestria filled with paranoia and mistrust, I agreed that didn’t happened in the Dragon Lands, Farsai, Griffonstone, Yakyakistan, Chaosville, the Changeling Kingdom/Hives, Klugetown, the Sea of Clouds, Mount Aris and Seaquestria/Hippogriff and Sea-Pony Kingdoms, Abyssinia, Kirin Grove, Land of the Hippogriffs from the prequel, and some lands that are part of Equestria including the Peaks of Peril, the Breezie Village, Thrace, Shire Lanka, Saddle Arabia, Stratusburg, Maretania, Maretonia, Puerto Caballo, Plunder Cove, Trotsylvania, the Gallopinghost Islands, Yucatán Ponynsula, and AusTAILia. I bet these new ponie would bring everything back to normal in this movie from this mysterious new villain who caused paranoia and mistrust across Equestria.

Also now they are separated by species. We might see more of the other species. Yes, that means changelings, seaponies, hippogriffs, kirins, and, who knows, even new ones.

G5 is a sequel to G4. There is no need for them to remove changelings, seaponies, kirins.

Yeah, it’s true. But I still doubt that leak is real. They mentioned that some main characters would be from other species other than pegasus/unicorn/earth pony but we now see that is not the case.

I doubt the leak that talked about a changeling and a bat pony is real. We have Zipp, Hitch, Pipp, Sunny and Izzy, and none of them is a bat pony or a changeling.

Believe more in the “granular jamming” theory that sounds likely as the pony has a soft surface where the frog lies, and hard outer sole that is either covered with skin or exposed as seen in G5. We have seen that ponies can “walk” up very steep mountain sides as during the episode “Dragonshy”.
 
After looking a little closer, I think the elevator buttons are in fact light reflectors that show where the elevator is going. 112 floors. How could the guards open the elevator doors, are these voice controlled? A solitary button to call the elevator can not be seen.
 
Is it me, or does it look like the wings on the guards are not muscular like in G4? The wing shoulders on the green look a little too weak, and the feathers did not seem to be well peeled. As if they can not fly on their own. We know that pegasus uses the internal magic in their wings, which must be active, to be able to soar and fly.
 
We SO need much more.

The elevator buttons are too small (and too close to each others) to be used with a hoof (nail) or a muzzle; it would be extremely difficult even for the pegasus with their wings to not accidentally press another (since the “tip” of a feather would bend).  
-> I am partial to the “retractable muscles” tentacle_like protusions coming out from the central “frog” of the hoof [very short range, but allowing simultaneously both extreme delicate manipulation & “grabbing strength”).
 
The “leaks” on 4-Chan from back in January (with data confirmed by this releases) also talked about a bat-pony & a changeling as “regular” characters.  
-> The official screenshots of the merchandise have 5 cutiemarks (Izzy would be the only unicorn in the group).

Very well observed. The papers and binder on the book that we can see, and which seemed to be used as a search book as there are many loose papers and are very well used, are of the same color and shape as the FiM legend book.
 
I’m just wondering one thing; In a world without magic, how can Sunny manipulate a book by flipping back and forth? The artists in G4 had two different explanations, muscle manipulation on the inside of the hoof that can “suck” objects to itself - or as simple as magic.
 
The clues that MLP: FiM can be fantasy in the G5 world are starting to become too many from just two pictures that have been published so far. We need more, first and foremost a background image rather than just a bed room and a lift door. We do not yet know if the other pony “tribes” like the changelings, the kirins, the bat ponies and the sea ponies will be in the G5 world.

What if the entire G4 was just a story? or if it was just a tv show? and that the real Equestria is the G5.
