Casey is the insane guy who always carried the hockey sticks, pucks, and baseball bat. He also has long black hair and wears a goalie mask. His hobby is to fight bad guys. This here is how he allied with the turtles.
Umm It’s Rafael the Turtle that uses the Sais and Casey who I don’t fully remember his role in the show so yeah both were ponified thus it is indeed a TMNT reference
