Sure, why not. I think Luigi knows what he’s doing, though.

$160.-$200. for a portable with no game, or anything included (aside from a memory card) is a good price? I can’t even afford one personally. (I’d prefer to get the XL though.)
 
Granted back in Christmas time they did temporarily offer Mario Kart 7 for free with a normal priced 3DS XL, but they stopped doing that. I’m not even consider a 3DS, unless they do something like that again.  
(I must add, $40 for 3DS games seems pricey to me compared to the old $30 games for GBA & DS. I’m amazed people are paying that much for portable games.) The Virtual Console games are pretty cheap though at least.

Perfect time to buy one. It’s selling for a pretty good price, and there’s tons of games worth buying already, and more coming soon.

I love 3D cel shaded graphics. I’m gonna love this game…if only I had a 3DS.

Actually, the new art style is cel-shaded, so it does have kinda a similar look to the 2D games still. I like the new graphics personally.
