Ok I have to admit, the design is pretty cool, and the name is intresting, though I wonder what the cutie mark would do (be lucky? Find prizes? Work in a choclate factory?).

But as a general rule you shouldn’t make an OC an Alicorn unless theirs a dam good reason for it and “because its cooler” is not that reason.
