Twilight Sparkle has a boyfriend, Spike, yet, also is a lesbian for other mares.

Spike would also be lucky if his girlfriend, Twilight, asks to date everyone in the same time, and he gets to hangs in harem… if the other mares are bisexual as well, but, if they are lesbians, he’d at least got Twi.

My personal opinion is that Spike would be more receptive to getting peck on the cheek from Twilight. He’d not be looking for a full blown kiss or anything, but in the show we saw he actively seeking signs of affection from her. Nice group of sketches, in any case.
