Description

It looks like Shatter is doing some “bab” things and she got caught in the act, she’ll have a lot of explaining to do.
 
And it’s a possibility (Suggested by a friend on Discord) that she was in the old foal Nursery in Twilight’s castle and she got caught being foalish by one of her friends or someone who doesn’t know about “her” secret. Hopefully someone should rescue her.

You might say brainwashed, but this creator clearly stated that Shatter enjoys being a baby from her own free will. No pony tricked her, if anything she’s the one who freeded herself and woke up to become truly unique and aware of what and who she truly wanted to be. Not listening to society is perfect for her.
