“Bad fillies don’t get second chances.” Twilight said simply.
 
“B-but, you gave Starlight three chances, and she’s a grown-mare.” Cozy stuttered at the thought of having worked so hard to be a better pony, just to be turned back to stone just because Twilight Sparkle didn’t think she could change.
 
“No I didn’t, and you already had your second chance Cozy Glow.” Twilight stated simply, “You could have changed, but instead you tried to take over all of Equestria with Tirec and Chrysalis, You’ve caused plenty of trouble for Equestria already, so no, you don’t get another chance.”
 
Cozy’s eyes began to fill with tears, “But what about Discord, he caused trouble again and again, even after he was reformed, and you and him are still friends.”
 
“Discord is my main evidence. We reformed him and he didn’t stop causing trouble until very recently. How can we trust that you won’t do the same?”
 
“Well you can at least give me a chance like you did for Discord. What about the changelings, Stygian, Luna, Starlight! All of them had two chances to reform, and now they are all your friends, two of them are royalty for Celestia’s sake!”
 
“Well once again, Thorax was never bad to start, he never wanted any of it and his kingdom followed him, Stygian had good intentions and was cast out due to a misunderstanding, Luna was good at the start and got caught up in jealousy, and Starlight was hurt because she lost a friend. All of them started out good at least at filly age if not older.”
 
“THAT’S WHAT YOU DON’T SEE IN ME!!!” Cozy yelled, “MY PARENTS ABANDONED ME! AND AS AN ORPHAN NOPONY WOULD EVEN GLANCE AT ME SO I HAD TO LEARN TO GET THEIR ATTENTION! I WASN’T BORN LIKE THIS!”
 
Twilight took a step back, “Don’t yell at me.” she said, “I was unaware of your situation, maybe we can talk about this”
 
Cozy’s eyes fired with anger, “No! How dare you not consider me until you know what I’ve been through!? I thought the princess of friendship would be a lot kinder and more forgiving! You were willing to accept Starlight before you knew her story! What’s so different about me!? Is it that I’m a filly!? If so you’re a psychopath! What kind of Pony is willing to turn a filly to stone without a thought just because they made mistakes! If anypony should be turned to stone it should be you.”
