What bullshit? You know, she’d probably read a dozen books on flying prior to this just in case and I don’t recall so much commotion when Rarity got those magical ones and didn’t spend weeks learning to use it, either ;)

I was under the impression that there was a time-skip between Alicornization and coronation (you don’t just whip up a ceremony on a moment’s notice) giving Twilight some time to practice flying.
