So I imagined Sandbar with a case of amnesia so bad that every memory he had from s08e01 onwards was gone, effectively resetting him to the state that he was at prior to meeting Gallus and the others, hence “factory reset”.
I also needed something funnier and more outlandish than Gallus’s beak falling off, so Robogallus became a thing. Then someone reminded me that Sweetie Bot was a thing…
