Nothing is more satisfying to me than being the sole medic on a team, and surviving the whole round with several Ubers under my belt and numerous failed backstabbers bleeding from my saw.
 
Then again, playing as a Pyro and destroying a level 3 sentry, getting revenge on the Engy, wrecking his teleporter and dispenser, and then single-handedly pushing the cart to the finish in the last minute of the match was pretty brilliant…

Hero, I mostly play PS2, but I do find it fun to repeatedly revive someone I know will get picked off by a sniper the moment they stand up. Bonus points if they continue to accept the revive.

Ubercharge someone in a game of MvM and when they’re charging into the crowd of robots, switch weapons and run away while lauging like a maniac.

As I guy who frequently plays a medic in every game that allows me to be one, I can say that it is a thankless ass job. Sometimes, its more fun to watch your allies die in a fire, then it is to heal them.
