plus the lighter blue seems to be the same color as shinings light blue streak and the dark blue is similar to her fathers hair so it’d be a nice tie in to her family (also i love the fact that Twilight Pink is a g3 pony)

I almost like Twilight Twinkle better. There was no reason to give Twilight Pink. The only reason was little girls like pink. Just blue and purple better resembles her nighttime motif.
