So many people have asked “who made her cry”, rather than what. People need to realise there isn’t always a “who”.
In the context of the story it’s based on, her financial situation is extremely taxing on her physically and emotionally, due to medical expenses for a family member requiring her to take a second job, which cuts into her practice time and she falls behind the rest of the band.
While talking about her situation she loses her composure, and eventually breaks down crying after anon comes over to comfort her.
