No doubt when they get put on YouTube they will be uploaded as separate 5 minute episodes. even the 11 minute episode we were getting at the beginning are technically 2 parters even if the Channels don’t treat them like such

It depends on how you define “episode” in this case. Each episodes is made of two shorts with their own title screen but the theme song only plays at the start of the two shorts. Similarity the end credits only play after the second short. So you could say that each episode is made up of two shorts.
But even if you count each short as episode, the 104 episodes (two seasons) is still just 26 episodes of footage when compared to FiM.
I mean the episodes themselves are not 11mins.
11 is probably more accurate, because not including commercials, the average TV show is 22-minutes long, and each episode is half a full show.

Not only Luna is missing, Starlight, Cadance, Lyra and Amethyst also have toys but didn’t appear. And there’s the fact Peter New and Ian Hanlin returned, but Big McIntosh and Sunburst didn’t. It’s pretty likely all these characters will return in season 2!
I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t make the show plugged a toy Before they were completely sure about releasing it Less it fell under controversy or something

It’s possible some stuff in FiM was done for a toy that Hasbro then decided not to release for one reason or other.
