I think if cadence and shining armor were to have a foal the foal would be a unicorn because what’s the one thing on their bodies that cadence and shining armor have in common? A horn or it could be a Pegasus because cadence was originally a Pegasus so that could work as well as a unicorn foal

On the bright side, it doesn’t seem alicorns work that way.

has anyone official ever stated that Princess Celestia or Luna are immortal and not just long lived? have they even stated what the normal pony lifespan is? does any one but us crazed bronies even care about these details?

The genetic implications of this pic aren’t quite accurate. The filly’s hair should be Shiny or Cadence-colored, not a mix. Also, she doesn’t have to be an alicorn, but then again, she certainly can. Otherwise, nice pic.
