I mean this guy just traces and tries to emulate artstyles of people he’s jealous of so that kind of mistake seems very probable here
It’s not that either, but I think I figured it out. With there general positions, the positions of their eyes, or whatever, it almost looks like they are supposed to have eyebrows.
I don’t know for sure, but judging by his habit to never ever change his mentalities, most likely
