Meet Cyber Snipe:3
 
He is part of a team of futuristic criminal hackers, who are siblings :)
 
Her and his sister Crypto Crush were raised are orphans together, and had stuck by eachother for years. Soon they began to fall into a bad crowd, and became criminal hackers for higher. They also got themselves several cybernetic upgrades as well.  
Although they often fight and argue with eachoher (Crypto prefers to make things loud and violent, Snipe likes to take a more subtle route), they are still very close, and a good team.
 
Cyber Snipe is the oldest of the two. He was born with a faulty wing and hoof, making it hard for him to walk and fly, resulting in him getting cybernetic replacements for it.  
He is the more quite of the two, often doing most of the thinking and the planning. He is not one to draw attention to himself, preferring stealthy plans to the more loud actions of his sister. He doesn’t like taking nessicary risks.
 
Despite being the quite one of the bunch, he sure does love to complain about everything alot XD He’s a grump X)  
Sometimes he has seconds thoughts about continuing the criminal life, and wonders if he would be better off retiring out of the city to go and live a peaceful life.  
He is a crackshot with a gun, and carries an advanced sniper rifle as his weapon of choice. He also likes painting his weapons, and is responsible for creating them.
