Alright, I think it’s best to leave it be, let’s not argue.

At a certain point, it is utterly impossible to police the use of a character. Do the writers from the show appreciate all the porn of their characters? The voice actors? What about the people behind popular fan characters like those from Fallout: Equestria? Littlepip, Blackjack, and so on.

On a small scale, it’s easier to control the use of an OC. At a certain point of popularity, just like any other character from official media, such control is lost.

This is not about filters this’s about his position about his character.

Indeed, the owners can. You are not the owner. You commissioned it, but until the artist says otherwise or you sign a contract with them handing over the rights to you, they have control over where and how they post it. Granted, commissioning art does give you some rights, but the right to decide whether or not to post it publically is not one of them unless otherwise agreed upon.
 
That is how it works. If you have an issue with that, take it up with the legal system/copyright laws/the artist.

They’ve posted their own art here before, so there’s some basis to believe that they approve of others uploading theirs as well, or at least, they do not disapprove.

If the law worked like you think it does, the original writer of Past Sins would have full rights to take all of your art down for using their character.

 
In fact everything here or on e621 is stolen because such a resources just collect everything without any permissions despite the fact that owners can decide where and how their art should appear.

Someone has probably explained it to you already, and in the more recent image you took umbrage to, but you don’t own the copyright on commissioned work. The artist does. It is entirely up to discussions between you and the artist where those rights stand other than that, and if the artist agreed that the copyright is entirely yours or has sold the commercial rights to you, and you have the absolute authority to decide where it goes up on image archiving sites such as this, you should present proof of that to the admins.
 
This is absolutely an aspect of copyright law you should brush up on if you want to keep making claims that your art is ‘stolen’.

No you just have other idols. In 2012 all prayed on Twilight, Nyx and all that created the fandom then you started to pray on Hysterical horse, because Hasbro told you to do so. Then Hyterical Horse became outdated and you were told to pray to Student Six, then to… I don’t know in fact MLP was a mishmash of ideas from S5 but Hysterical Horse slightly covered it. BTW if you forgot Bronycon 2019 was the last. People lost interest in MLP itself not just in Nyx. In fact when Nyx was popular MLP was popular too.

And yet we wonder why Nyx is forgotten in the fandom when all content of her keeps getting purged or deleted.

I don’t want to see any art I commission here anymore. What else should I explain? For me it’s pretty obvious that if I’ve copyrights for something via being the author or buyer (idea is mine anyway) I have the rights to decide where it can be uploaded, how it should be presented and etc.

An accusation of art theft is pretty serious, so try to explain what has happened. It’s not helpful to anyone to just say something like that without any details oh who you are even talking to.
 
EDIT: you actually got me curious enough to snoop about. It seems that you commissioned this and think that means only you are allowed to upload this here? That’s completely wrong and you will lose any argument based on that. Watch your words and don’t accuse people unfairly of things they didn’t do. This image can be posted by anyone. And Zero Two is one such person that posts a lot of this artist’s work. This isn’t some contest. You’re both fans. You ought to be getting along. I think you should sit and think about your behaviour.
